The socks themselves were comfy , so I was hoping the rest of the experience would be simple . But once I tried to return my order , it got annoying fast . The instructions were not very clear , and I ended up emailing them twice just to figure out what was happening .
The refund did show up eventually , but it took longer than I expected . Between the slow process and the shipping cost , it did not feel worth it . I would not say they are terrible , but I definitely would not order again if there was any chance I might need to return something

As someone with sensitive skin, this really didn’t work for me. It felt tight and scratchy the whole day, and I couldn’t wait to take it off.

I was disappointed when these showed up. Like I said, the colors looked way brighter and cuter on the website, but in person they’re kind of dull and just don’t look like the pictures. A few of the patterns also look a little weird once they’re actually on the socks. Like I said, I was expecting more designs that would go with normal outfits, but these just aren’t really my style

I was expecting more from viasox, especially with how much they cost. I really wanted to like them, but after trying them out, they just didn’t feel like anything special to me.

They’re not terrible socks, but compared to cheaper pairs I’ve bought, I didn’t notice a big enough difference in comfort or quality. After only a few wears, they already started looking a little worn, which was disappointing.

For the price, I expected them to feel more premium and hold up better. Based on what I got, I wouldn’t purchase them again.

I bought these because the non-binding top sounded like exactly what I needed, but after wearing them for a few hours, they still left marks on my legs. They are soft and comfortable enough overall, and shipping was fine, but for the price I expected them to be a little better at doing the main thing they advertise. If you need socks that truly don’t squeeze, it’s worth keeping that in mind...

I washed it once and it shrank really badly. I followed the usual washing routine, so I’m not sure if I did something wrong or if this happened to other people too?

These socks are warm and comfortable for wearing around the house, so I’ll give them that. They also don’t squeeze my feet, which I appreciate. That said, after just a few washes they already felt less soft, and one pair started looking worn way sooner than I think it should have. They’re not terrible by any means, but for the price, I was expecting a little better. I might buy them again if they were on sale, but probably not at full price.

I ordered my usual size, but these were way too big on me and kept sliding down all day. I even tried washing them to see if that would help, but they still fit weird. i was already feeling mentally drained and dealing with this just made it more frustrating. Not worth the hassle for me.

I remember being excited when I placed the order, but that feeling pretty much faded after days kept passing with no delivery. It showed up way later than they originally said, and the whole wait was frustrating enough that I don’t see myself ordering again

I really wanted to love these because they do feel soft and they don’t squeeze my diabetic feet too much, which is a big deal for me. At first they were comfortable, but after a few washes they started getting kind of loose. I felt a little passed around between liking them and being disappointed because they’re not bad, just not quite what I was hoping for. Yeah, this didn’t hold up at all. I washed it once and it ripped, plain and simple. Disappointing because I expected it to last longer than that.
